With our warehouse based in India, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. We offer Free Economy shipping service on almost all the products. Customers can upgrade to Standard or Express service at extra cost during the payment process. We will ship your items within 24 working hours of your order being received. Unless mentioned otherwise, Free Shipping means Shipping through Registered Economy Airmail service.
As the product location are in India they have to go through customs in destination countries. In unlikely cases, if it takes longer than expected in custom clearance this could cause delay in delivery of your item. Neither we nor the courier company has control over custom clearance, hence we cannot be held responsible for any delay in transit. Please do not place your order by Express delivery if you do not agree to abide by these conditions. Please contact us before placing an order if you need any more information regarding Express delivery.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all international destinations. Please see our exclusion list above for complete details. We update this list from time to time but in case, you place your order for the item that this not deliverable in your country we will write to you within 24 hours of you placing the order and offer you any other option, if available.
Customers are requested to not accept the delivery if the package appears to be damaged or tempered with at the time of delivery. Once the customer accept the package, there is no way they claim later that the package was damaged and/or items are missing inside. Customers should just "return it to the sender" when they detect any problem with the package before accepting it.
A signature will be required at the time of delivery of all items. If the customer is not available to take delivery of order, the courier company will leave a “While you were out” card explaining how to collect the item from the local sorting office or rearrange delivery. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they may be. Customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information before ordering.
